I love love love this!  haha   

I got to use the Skinny Minnie Alphabet set, plus the splotches were from the very first My Paper Pumpkin set (seriously!) and the "coffee rings" are actually just an embellishment lid dipped in Crumb Cake ink.

Then I used my Aqua Painter to smear the words (Early Espresso) and the images.

I have to admit, I saw this on a poster...and what I put on the inside of the card was just below the word coffee on the canvas;

HAHAHA!  Don't you just love it!?

(also:  I wish I had better handwriting!)

Gift Card Holder

Good Morning Happy Stamper!

Grab a cup of coffee/tea/etc.. and come have a little sit with me.

I wanna show you a quick and easy way to add a gift card pocket to a card!

oh..and I know you're shocked...

I'm going to use the Perfect Blend stamp set with Gorgeous Grunge!!

All Is Calm Designer Washi Tape

Ta-Da!

Gorgeous Grunge + Perfect Blend = Match made in heaven!

To make the Gift Card pocket was super simple.  The card front measures 4.25 x 5.5 inches.  Normally, to make the white layer you would make it 4 x 5.25 in order to have the 1/8in border around it.  To add the gift card pocket I made the white paper 4 x 8.25  then I scored it at 5.25 to make the 3 inch deep pocket.  I used red sticky strip tape on the right and left edges and adhered them.  Voila!

Blendabilities...oh how I love thee...let me count the ways!

I used Smoky Slate on the coffee mug....and Coastal Cabana on the lid **I used the White Color Lifter Blendabilities Marker to make the colors really light because the card base is Lost Lagoon and I didn't want it to look weird!  I absolutely CANNOT wait for Stampin' Up! to release more colors of the Blendabilities!!
Also:  on the cup's "sleeve" I used our regular Stampin' Write markers in Lost Lagoon, Crumb Cake, and Pear Pizazz to make the striped design.  I love the look of corrugated cardboard, like the sleeves you get at the coffee shop!

Pumpkin Spice Coffee (courtesy of Starbucks Via!) Card

Used the Perfect Blend and Gorgeous Grunge stamp sets.  Blendabilities help made the coffee cup POP! :)  and don't you just love the Scentsy warmer Pumpkin?!!  I wish you could smell the heaven of the pumpkin spice coming out of it!!  The orange sequins came in the September My Paper Pumpkin....LOVE !!

Did you know there were such goodies...Like Pumpkin Spice M&M's ?!!  Um yes please!!

 The tag was made using the Fall Fun stamp set, and a tag leftover from the September My Paper Pumpkin kit!  There were so many cute embellishments in that kit!  And who doesn't love a good treat topper every now and again?!  And yes, those ARE pumpkin spice M&M's...and yes, I DID eat all the green ones because they didn't match my color scheme.  ;)

And my favorite new addiction....

  um... hello !!  Did you know?!

I found this yummy goodness and KNEW I had to share!!  I made a cute little box for the gum and added some washi tape from the Seasonal Snapshot Project Life accessory kit, and Color Me Autumn.  Those cute little bats...you guessed it...the September My Paper Pumpkin Kit :)

I Scream, You Scream, We all scream for Ice Cream!!

MmmmMMmmmmm  I could totally go for ice cream right now...how 'bout you?!

Cookies and Cream ice cream ... Have you ever seen such deliciousness in one bowl?!

I was completely engrossed in an amazing Cookies and Cream shake from Chick-Fil-A while thinking of a card I could make for my husband's aunt who just got engaged this weekend.

Can you stand the awesomeness that was born?!

Only thing missing is a spoon!!

Early Espresso + Very Vanilla = mmmm yummy background paper!!  I could eat it up!  Totally reminds me of my fave ice cream.

Okay.....So today I wanna share a small, but SUPER fun product from the new catalog.

It is quickly becoming my new favorite embellishment!!

I love the super thickness and the vibrant color.  It's on trend right now, and since it's not "ribbon" it seems to speak to me in more ways!

I love that this is a masculine answer to a ribbon bow.  My husband wouldn't laugh at me if I sent this to his brother.  That's the best compliment!  I could add a flower or two though, my BIL would get a kick out of it.

Quick and Easy Wednesday!

Who doesn't love a quickie?

haha okay, get your mind out of the gutter!

I'm talking about a quick and easy card that you can make as many or as little as you want in no time flat!!

Super cute right??!!   The best part, the rotary stamp that I used make ANY card a personalized card!!

  I used an actual coffee cup to make the rings!

Wanna tell your mamma she's the best....spell it out!  Wanna thank a special teacher for being awesome?  rock that too!

Lovin' my new Blendabilities markers too!  If you haven't tried them yet...you are missin out!

  Can you see how I double stamped the splotch to look lighter? and the shading on the cup was made with the Coastal Cabana Blendabilities markers!  I also used the skin tone markers to make the cup sleeve.  I am LOVIN these markers!!

I cannot WAIT to show you the rest of my new Stampin' Up! stuff!  

But first....all next week I'll be saying farewell to the retiring sets, In-Colors, and accessories.
